I don’t mean ‘grid’ as in the newer method of multiple images posted to create 1 large visual, I just mean the pattern in which images are posted. I’m in kind of a weird space that, to simplify, could probably best be summed-up as “men’s lifestyle”. I was previously working on a 4-post scheme, where photo 1 was category_a, photo 2 was category_b, etc, and it created a diagonal pattern. To me it was discernable, but I thought it might drive users off if it looked like a hot mess to everyone else, so I cleaned things up and created/have been using a more obvious column grid. Once upon a time, there was a dummy account for my job's Facebook page to manage it. I used to log in and out of it from the app, desktop, and Facebook Pages. Hello, I am having a problem with the search function on Instagram... On a regular Instagram page, the search bar allows people to sort their search by "Top", People, Tags, and Place, however, on my account, I only get the search window which populates a dropdown box of random topics related to my search. I’ve accepted a job as head of coming into an established 4pax team. The team is slightly under skilled for their titles (paid manager can’t / won’t use excel, content manager works solidly on organic for two clients and struggles) and the team itself has a lot of baggage from the previous manager. -they’ve not been able to talk with each other or others in the company to ask for help -when a mistake was made the mistake maker was dragged over hot coals and never able to live it down. I work at a large company with a pretty strong following on all social media channels. We've seen growth of about 500-1000 new followers a day (I know there are better metrics). We're up to about 725,000 followers with engagement around 1-3% on posts. One thing we do is engage with every single tagged photo, comment, DM, etc. until about 3 weeks ago IG started marking us as spam and would let us post a photo, but not allowing any copy with the post, not letting us like photos or comments or pretty much everything. We do work in the firearm industry and this has caused issues with us in the past. After trying to go dark for a while and not post anything, we decided to remove the "Business Profile" and move to a regular one, wait a week, and go back to a "Business Profile". Last night a fairly innocuous post I made got flagged as spam, and I requested a review of it as it absolutely was not spam at all. So I'm not new to growing instagram accounts. I've built and sold off a few accounts and feel good in my specific niche. But I have had one surprise I haven't encountered before. I have around 1300 followers and currently growing around 200 followers a week organically from explore and sometimes hashtags. Hey there. I work for a social media agency and we’ve changed the tool we use for scheduling multiple times. We just cancelled our account with Social Report to go back to Buffer and this morning noticed that all of the Facebook posts we ever posted using the tool have been deleted.
