Granting partial access to LI and IG accounts?

Hello!

A client recently posed a question that I wasn't sure how to answer. I've done a bit of research, but I haven't found good or clear answers just yet.

She wants her sales reps to be able to engage with prospects and customers on social media as our account without being able to make actual posts. The idea is that they could like and comment on other accounts' posts, as well as respond to comments on our posts. She calls this "warming up a cold call." I know this is possible on FB with moderator access, but her business only uses IG and LI at the moment.

She asked if making regional accounts for the sales team was a good idea, but they are a US-only company that is somewhat small. The regions aren't unique to one another, so we'd basically just have 5+ versions of the same account. My initial suggestion was to ask the reps make work-only accounts and use those for engagement, posting from tradeshows and events, etc., but she doesn't like the idea of not having control of accounts associated with the company.

Does anyone know of a tool or method that would work for this scenario?
