How do you change (SWAP) a facebook page username? Is there a waiting period like instagram?

EDIT: Did facebook remove the ability to change page names? It's nowhere on any of my pages.

Trying this again because no one answered the last post.

There is a ton of conflicting info on the web.

• Some say you can't
• Others say you can't but not the url
• Facebook itself has a hover over saying you can change both
• But the about - info section has nowhere to change it.

I don't want to lock myself out of my accounts.

I need to rename PageB ---> PlaceholderName

Then rename PageA -----> PageB

Then rename PlaceholderName ----? PageA

To keep all my PageA content, with the name of PageB. And keep the old page live with a redirect for search engines.
