Help! I cannot find a single instagram scheduler that works for me.

I upload daily content to my instagram account that consists of carousel posts with videos.

A lot of these services do not allow auto-posting and usually you have to use an app on your phone and upload it manually.

I have been using Planoly for a while for this and it has honestly been terrible. Lots of bugs and unreliable. And having to post every day manually is a task I can't really perform that easily. I want to find a service that does this for me.

I recently discovered Creator Studio from Facebook which allows you to automatically post even if it is video carousels. I was happy with that until I noticed that I am not able to choose the thumbnail of the video. I need to be able to choose the cover of my videos. I use the first second of my video as a thumbnail and then it fades out to the content.

Is there anything else out there? Or maybe an efficient method to do it manually? I was thinking maybe syncing a drive folder with my phone but then I don't know how to easily get the caption and it just sounds like too many steps. I wish there was a service for the needs I have. I am hoping one of you has the answer :(
