Hi all, I see this is not a help desk but I am not sure where else to ask, Don't use FB much, only for keeping in touch with family across the world, but when I login today it asks me to confirm either my Date of Birth, or identify friends via photos. I have tried both my DOB and identifying friends and neither are accepted. I have tried resetting my password, getting a 6 digit verification number by e-mail and still get the same verification request when trying to login. Only occasionaly it will give me an alternative option to either A) provide photo ID - not doing that or B) confirm login from another computer I have used in the past - I only have this computer? Facebook help centre seems obsolete in this situation because only has advice on how to login if you've forgotten password, been hacked, contacting on behalf of a deceased (still gotta provide certificates) or other general unrelated issues. I've had my clothing brand account for 4 months now, and have many pics up, but have only amassed 700+ followers. I've created my first Instagram account after not using social media like Instagram or Snapchat. I created an instagram account for personal use but I'm a bit confused on what I'm supposed to be doing. What am I supposed to post? I currently don't have any followers/following. Instagram's recommended some friends from my contacts list but they are all "private accounts". Is it okay to just send a follow request or should I just ask them in person? To what "scope" do people usually allow people to follow them (close friends, to classmates, to random strangers)? Sorry if this sounds dumb. I think I might as well just quit because I feel like people would think it's weird if I started to follow them (maybe I'm just too introverted).
