How can I contact Facebook or delete my account without logging in?

Hi all, I see this is not a help desk but I am not sure where else to ask,

Don't use FB much, only for keeping in touch with family across the world, but when I login today it asks me to confirm either my Date of Birth, or identify friends via photos. I have tried both my DOB and identifying friends and neither are accepted.

I have tried resetting my password, getting a 6 digit verification number by e-mail and still get the same verification request when trying to login. Only occasionaly it will give me an alternative option to either A) provide photo ID - not doing that or B) confirm login from another computer I have used in the past - I only have this computer?

Facebook help centre seems obsolete in this situation because only has advice on how to login if you've forgotten password, been hacked, contacting on behalf of a deceased (still gotta provide certificates) or other general unrelated issues.

Figured as I couldn't login anymore and I'm not willing to provide my photo ID because of the scandals Facebook has been previously involved in, maybe they have some privacy address for contacting directly with requests to delete details under the GDPR regulation?
