Stuck!

I recently created an online presence for the bar I work at (website, Facebook, Instagram). I started about 3 months ago, and the Instagram page has 1600 followers while Facebook has 700 likes. The (next) goal is to hit 2000 followers and 1000 likes and I’m almost there. However, I feel like I’m missing something as I’ve noticed I’ve started to plateau.

Organic reach and engagement on Facebook is just trash, it’s terrible and I’m not sure how to improve it without paying?? Everything online is hidden behind a damn paywall too.

On Instagram, it’s the engagement. I need more quality followers and as much as I engage with my current followers + people I’m following, I don’t get it back.

I have quality pictures + videos, we do giveaways, and I even post pics of drink/shot recipes.

It’s a local sports bar, the Instagram handle is sneakerssportsloungee (with the two e’s at the end). I’d love some critiques, advice, or any comments on how the page looks and where I can go from here, all I want is to learn and get better.

How can I go above and beyond to make people really get excited about following us and engaging with us?
