Q: Inbound SMM, how can I reach people? (With almost 0 budget)

Hello guys,

I did couple of works for social media before with existing followers but this is the first time I’m starting a new project.

Here’s a brief information about the business and the aim:

Business: SEO agency

Existing customers: 1

Target audience: Small business owners that have a website in NA.

Aim of social media campaign: turn small businesses into customers

Content type: Helpful information for small businesses to increase their online presence.

Budget: Near 0, 20$ (not joking)

Social media platforms: Mainly Instagram, Facebook. (Are small biz owners hangout somewhere else that I should be targeting?)

So, basically I want to give free and quality information to small business owners to increase their online presence. And when they need help I want them to become my customers. In a nut shell: inbound marketing.

The obstacle is that I don’t have enough budget to spend on ads in social media platforms.

What kind of strategy I should follow? I will post quality content regularly and use hashtags etc. But I’m really lost what can I do more in order to bring more potential customers in?

Also: Any accounts you know of that does a similar thing?
