Help with monetizing social media accounts with a collective 40k followed across platforms.

Hey guys, first time posting in this sub.

About 4 years ago I started a blog (which recently lost the website because I didn’t renew it and someone bought it) which has 25k on Instagram, 15k on Facebook, and 2500 on a growing private resource group on Facebook.

It’s a nursing (registered nurse, not breastfeeding) page.

I really don’t want to resort to stupid water bottles, t shirts, etc.

I have wrote 2 e-books, that made around 300 collectively over a few years but sales have dropped quick and hard.

In the past I have sold private label products and don’t really want to dive into that again. Also, I’m camera shy and like to be behind the screen, so posting videos isn’t really an option. Besides that, I think I’m stuck with trying to monetize this. I’ve thought of selling the accounts, but also have had no luck with that.
