Can't login to facebook, messenger, instagram on my iPhone

Two days ago my facebook and instagram profile got disabled for no reason, so I had to make a new account until I can get it back (at least I have hope), but the new account I made on my computer is not accessible from my iPhone. Newest iOS, everytime I try to login it say "Login error, an unexpected error occured. Please try logging in again"

even on messenger and instagram is the same.

What I tried:
-delete all the apps, and reinstall them
-delete them from my iCloud, and reinstall them
-get new IP, restart the phone
-delete backup files
-reset network settings

Someone said a factory reset could help, but after backing up your files it will say the same error. So basically, is there any fix out there?

Does anybody know how to fix this mystical Facebook/Instagram error?

I've searched long and hard for a solution to this problem but can't seem to find anything about it. So here it goes, perhaps you'll know more. The error says: Fix 1 error in 1 Ad. Page-Backed Account Can't Be Used: The Instagram actor must be an Instagram account that is currently linked to the page. (#somenumbers) The Instagram account is connected, as far as I can tell. I read somewhere that the name handles of both the FB page and IG profile must be the same (which in my case they aren't). Is this the issue or is it something else? Thanks to anyone who replies! Facebook Video Uploads Stuck At 99.9%?

Hiya, Tried to upload something onto my Facebook page and the video gets stuck at uploading at 99.9%. I tried closing it and logging out etc but the same video then gets stuck at 0%. Anyone else have this problem or know of a solution? Deleted tweet of mine that was quote

As an immature and ignorant teenager in 2013, I tweeted the word ‘’queer’’ in a derogatory fashion. I have deleted all my tweets from several years ago, but few accounts quoted the tweet. The problem is if you search my @ handle with the associated word, those who quoted my tweet still show up. I have tried reporting the tweets but they have not gone away. I am worried that this could effect my ability to get a job in the future if an employer searches my @ handle.
