Does anyone here have experience with ad campaigns for your podcast? If so, is there a benchmark for the relationship (conversion rate) between link clicks and streams played?
I am currently running a Facebook campaign and although I am basically satisfied with the performance, the rate of people who clicked on the link and then played the podcast is just 8.4%. That means that with about 15,000 clicks, about 1,300 people listened to the podcast.
Idk, but maybe the value is okay? If I compare this "listen-through-rate" with a conventional CTR, it looks quite good.
