My account has 23k followers and nearly 900k likes, I was getting around 10k - 1M views a video and now I’m lucky to get 100 views in my recent posts.

This is on tiktok btw. My account has been active for a couple of months now and I have grown rapidly and consistently get views and likes, then all of a sudden I’m getting next to nothing, my analytics show that I’m not being featured on the for you page (main page) anymore and only my followers are seeing my content. But this doesn’t make sense as I have 23,000 followers so surely it would be more than this. I’ve tried to contact tiktok on this but I have not had a response. Does anyone know if this is the sign of a ban and if so is it permanent, because I’ve put a lot of effort into this account and I want to know if I should just jump ship and start again.
