Issues with the tik tok algorithm?

I’ve been posting videos on tik tok over the last few weeks. I made this account at the end of 2019, and posted like two or three videos right off the bat that I since deleted and just now started posting good content.

It seems as if every single video I post, no matter what the content is, will run up to around 300 views, then stop getting any views altogether. Some of my videos that have around 300 views will get 60-80 likes plus multiple comments and shares. I don’t understand how/why I would stop getting views if I’m getting seemingly good engagement. It just seems that no matter what I post, I stop getting views at around the 300 mark.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? My tik tok name is @Jimmy_Crane if anyone cares to take a look and potentially offer some advice
