I have years worth of evergreen video content. How to I use it effectively?

I am the producer of a local tv show that has been running for 3 years. We covered local businesses and events. Our show was designed to be time agnostic so most of our content is just as relevant today as it was a year ago. So here is the situation.

I have around 260 3-7min videos. Our fans are on Facebook and Instagram primarily, but due to our small business approach we are also popular on Linkedin. I want to take a week and basically schedule out a years worth of releases. We want to have our videos natively on each platform. Monetization isn't an issue, we want to grow views,

How would you approach this?
