Work from home with Facebook ad manager? Is this legit?

I applied for a work from home part time job with a marketing company for a way to make some extra money. I’m not sure if it’s legit, hoping you all can help! I’ll paste below the email I got from them:

“So we are a new Canadian/US startup (marketing agency) looking for candidates that are interested in helping us with product resear­­ch. We are looking for Americans and Canadians that can help us gather data via their Facebook Ads. We then use this data to determine the demand in Canada in the wellness and health industry. You will be helping us launch wellness ads on your Facebook ads manager. Obviously, we pay for the ads by using our own payment method.

As compensation for helping with us with our research, we will reward you $300/month, paid weekly via PayPal.

Please keep in mind that we never ask for any personal/confidential information. We only need access to your Facebook Ads Manager, which you can revoke at any time.

Benefits:

Before we proceed, please reply to this email and answer these 4 questions:

If yes: has your account ever been flagged? 3- Have you lived in the US or Canada for 1+ years? 4- Please tell me which state/province and the city you're from
