Automated Growth Apps/Platforms for Instagram

Hi, y'all! Helping a client get their Instagram account off the ground and was looking for an app or platform like Captivate. I used it often in 2018/19 but I know it's gotten a lot less reliable since IG has rolled out more algorithm changes. Basically, I would love a free (or extremely cheap, like Captivate was $1.99) app or online platform recommendation that will automatically follow/unfollow accounts.

I know this isn't how you get authentic engagement but this client is being an asshole and wants to see their numbers go up quickly. I would love it if it had tools to be able to filter groups of followers based on the account I run so I can pick better ones to follow.

I've done some online research and am overwhelmed by options so I figured I would post here to see if anyone has had success with a specific app or platform.
