I’m one of those very lucky Instagram “name only” accounts. But I get password reset emails and text messages 3 or 4 times a day for the last 4ish years in almost every language.

Kinda ridiculous the amount of password reset texts I get everyday, is there anyway to limit this? I know Instagram allows me to limit password resets email for 60 or 90 days (I forgot the exact amount), but that doesn’t seem to stop these password reset text messages and it doesn’t limit the emails I get with a login link with subject “we've made it easy to get back on Instagram”
Obviously changing my username is an option, but I don’t want to do that. There must be another way, how do real celebrities handle this kinda of noise. Must be worse for them.
I did notice something about celebrity accounts, like arianagrande if you try to reset them with a username only, it’ll say you must use your email to reset it. How do I get my Instagram configured like that?!
