I want to do social media for a gaming organization, but how?

Hey everyone, the title is basically a TL;DR

I am 21 years old and have been doing social media full time for almost two years. These past years have been going very well for me income wise, I am very lucky to be in this position but I can’t help but feel like it has to end one day. With that said, I’d like to find something more secure. I’ve been thinking about it for a while, and can’t think of anything more perfect than managing social media accounts for gaming organizations and their players.

However, I don’t know what credentials I need. Like I said, I’ve been doing social media (managing, growing, and strategizing) for my own pages. In one year, I gained around 1m followers across accounts, and over 500k on my largest account (Instagram accounts). I do not have a college degree, and do not intend to get one.

With all of that in mind, what steps would you if you were me and wanted to do what I want to do? I know for a fact I’d be a great match for almost any gaming organization, and could take their social media to the next level, but I simply do not know what they’re looking for.
